LADNER REACH FLOATING HOME MARINA

We know it's tempting, but please do not enter our private marina.  Access to the floats is only for floating home owners, employees, and invited guests. Thank you!

Ladner Reach Marina is a private residential marina that provides moorage for floating homes. A unique riverfront alignment provides each of the 28 berths with spectacular views of Ladner Marsh, part of the South Arm Marshes Wildlife Management Area.

Floating home owners enjoy expansive views of the North Shore mountains over the river estuary. The evening sunsets — silhouetting Texada Island in the distance — are breathtaking. Wildlife includes ducks, great blue herons, seals, eagles, gulls, geese and migrating birds like coots, sandpipers and mergansers that announce the beginning and end of seasons. Fishing boats, pleasure craft, kayakers, paddle boarders and more pass by along the water.

Floating home owners at Ladner Reach have individual vessel moorage agreements with Ladner Reach Properties. The marina is not a strata, and no form of tenancy is created. Berths remain the property of the Marina. Each berth includes two parking stalls for licensed vehicles only and a secure storage locker on the upland. There is ample parking for guests in the three parking lots.

The Marina has a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment system to which each home is connected and draws the same high quality drinking water from the municipality that land based homes do.  Mail, garbage and recycling are centralized in one area of the upland property. The Marina takes pride in keeping the entire site clean, well maintained and safe.

The Marina is located five minutes from the heart of Ladner Village, the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal is a 15 minute drive, and in just 30 minutes you can be at the Vancouver International Airport or the Peace Arch border crossing. Vancouver can be reached either by car or public transit (bus and skytrain).

Floating home owners can drop their kayaks into the water and explore the Ladner marsh or paddle to town and stop at Sharkey's Restaurant for an authentic Delta experience. Or lace-up their walking shoes and head out along the dike into town. The Reifel Bird Sanctuary on Westham Island and Brunswick Port are short drives away.
